  • 7 modules split into 57 individual training sessions.

  • Each training session comprises of a theory lesson and a multiple choice question quiz. Some training sessions also have a section containing links to supporting videos.

  • Most lessons are between 5 mins & 20 mins long, the longest is 30 mins.
